AB Agri is the thriving Agricultural Group of the FTSE 100-listed agriculture, food, ingredients and retail group, Associated British Foods plc. We operate from more than 20 sites throughout the UK and are one of the largest customers and suppliers to the UK’s food and agriculture sector.

We take a small number of quality graduates each year, providing real experience and structured training in a professional but informal environment.

Our Finance Graduate Scheme lasts for 3 years, but the benefits will last you a lifetime. During the 3 year scheme you will undertake a number of placements to provide you with a broad base of experience as well as a core accounting skill set. Two of your placements will be commercial, to equip you with the breadth of skills to operate as a commercial finance professional.

Our Finance Graduate Scheme will provide you with the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic and growing business within a highly commercial finance team. Quality experience is coupled with on-going training towards ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification.

You will need a 2:1 or higher, with strong A Level results (ABB minimum) and maths either at GCSE (A or A*) or at A Level.

Just as important will be your drive, enthusiasm and ability to work well in a team.

You can expect a high degree of responsibility, support and training, and a chance to contribute from the outset.

Our Package

We offer our graduate trainees an annual salary of £22k. Graduates can also enjoy access to high quality and carefully structured training, together with the normal benefits you'd expect from a quality organisation.

Locations

We have a number of office locations and manufacturing sites spanning across the UK, during your Scheme you can expect to spend at least one placement based in Peterborough at our Head Office. Other placement locations will be determined by a combination of business needs and your preferences. At the end of your scheme we will be looking to match our graduates with roles in the business that build on their skills, experience and aspirations.
